Hi, I’m Michelle and I have recently embarked on my Pilates teaching journey. I discovered the joy of Reformer while I was pregnant with my son as a great pregnancy-safe way to maintain strength - and I haven’t stopped since!

I teach Pilates for beginners but can modify to all levels of comfort and experience. So whether it's your first time in a studio or you’re a seasoned pro, come join me on the mat!

Caitlin is a Pilates and Yoga teacher who uses Pilates as a tool to connect body and mind and to build strength, fitness, mobility and prevent injuries.

As a surfer, yogi and runner, Caitlin found Pilates to be the perfect form of movement to compliment her existing regime.

Caitlin became hooked on Pilates whilst living in Sydney and exploring the many different teachers and modalities on offer. This then led her to train as a Reformer and Mat Pilates teacher to share her love for pilates with her hometown on the South Coast.

What does Caitlin love the most about Pilates? "Although I partake in a lot of different movement practices, Pilates has been a game changer for building full body strength. I’ve never felt stronger and more mobile than having a regular dedicated Pilates practice. And I love practicing to a funky playlist as well!"
